The Chapel was closed in 1967, and then it was demolished.
For a considerable time a green space occupied the site of the Chapel and it's grounds.
Modern houses now occupy the site. The site is close to the junction with Whiteacre Road.
On the opposite side of Queen's Road - between Whiteacre Road and Alderley Street - once stood the School attached to the Church. The School was built of stone, and originally would have been a very light colour. The pollution from the many chimneys in the vicinity gradually caused the stone to become very dirty, and so it was locally known as "The Black School". The School, like the Church, has also been demolished.
There are about 125 Monumental Inscriptions and it is not known whether or not these cover all of the burials as the Burial Register has been lost.
Records of the Baptisms and Marriages are at Manchester Central Library.
