The Taylor-Black yard contains six marble stones with ten names dated 1813 - 1876. The cemetery is not easily accessible. Walking, or a using 4-wheeler or 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended, or contact the Cemetery Commission to go with you.
From the intersection of Routes 9 and 63, head east on Rte. 63 for 1.6 miles. Turn right onto Old Chesterfield Rd., then take an immediate left onto Tuttle Rd. Proceed .3 miles past Holman Hill Rd. and take a right onto Old Swanzey Rd. Go 1 mile and then turn right. (ignore the Zinn Rd. sign, do not take that). Drive .6 miles and you will see Robbins Burying-Ground. Keep going .2 miles and take a right. You will see a small Pisgah State Park sign on power pole #410 in front of you. Go about .15 miles and up in the woods on the right side, you will see the sign for the Taylor-Black Cemetery. It's about 300 feet up off the trail. You may have drive a little further to park and then walk back to the cemetery.
