The first Jewish cemetery in Arnhem was established in 1755. The last burial occurred in 1827. Five tombstones are still visible.

Two additional cemeteries opened in the nineteenth century.
Between 1827 and 1858: De Valk cemetery, also on Utrechtseweg
Between 1858-1866: Onder de Linden (now Talmaplein)
The dead of both cemeteries were later re-interred at the Moscowa cemetery.
