Worthington Cemetery No. 2, Fairfield Township, Highland Co.,O.

Remarks: This cemetery is located on a farm owned years ago by Ephriam Worthington.

It is located on top of a rather steep hill and has been much larger than at present.
Many of the bodies have been removed to other cemeteries. Residents of the community say that the Mrs. John Street and daughter, Miami, were buried here. Mr. James Street had their bodies removed to Pleasant Hill Cemetery near Leesburg because he did not wish to be buried here.
Residents further say that Matt Worthington and Betty Crabtree were the last two persons buried here, but no monument marks their graves.
Further, they say that a Worthington who fought in the Revolutionary War is buried here and a monument marked his grave. No monument could be found.
