In the 1960s the owner of the property bulldozed the cemetery, no visible graves remain and the property is not open to the public.

It is located in eastern Leon County Florida, Section 12, Township 1 North, Range 2 East. The location is south of US-90. It is approximately 400 feet east of Baum Road at the intersection of Wadesboro Road approximately 175 feet North.

John Powell Billingsley purchased the land in 1838. Union Bank of Florida held the mortgage. John Powell Billingsley and his wife Ann Smith Billingsley are buried here. Their plantation was about one mile away. Prior to this it was called Miller Cemetery. Thomas Leonard Miller married Mary Henrietta Jones.

Martha Jane Bole Beane was the mother of Emma Elizabeth "Emily" Beane who married Edmond Fuller Jones. Victor Eugene Beane was the grandson of Martha Jane and the nephew of Emily.

The list of burials was recorded by Mrs. Edith May Billingsley Fleming and passed down to George Elmer Jones upon her death. Edwin Jones retained a copy from Elmer. There are 20 named burials but there are believed to be about 30 in total.
