"The North-West Burial Ground is on the south side of the road west of George H Taylor's. In this was deposited the remains of the Scott, Page, and Thayer and other* families of the neighborhood."

This will include the Stephen Darling family, who purchased Alles (Ellis) Thayer's lot when Ellis moved to VT. in about 1780, which later went to Caleb White. His second wife was Elizabeth Scott and his daughter Chloe married Elizabeth's brother Lemuel Scott.
The Richmond vitals for this time period no longer exist and death dates cannot be affixed for these early residents unless they can be found on another document such as a pension record.
