This graveyard is located deep in the woods off River Road in Matoaca. It measured out at about 60' x 60'. It is fenced with wire and marked at each corner is a large rock. These rocks are mentioned in a deed in which the graveyard is reserved to the Andrews family.
Isham Dyer Andrews acquired the land before 1835. He married Nancy R. Gibbs in 1837. They and some of their children are interred in this graveyard. The graves are marked only with fieldstone.
When the site was visited in 2016 it was very overgrown and it was impossible to tell how many graves were present. A tree and brush blocks entry by the gate.
