Directions to cemetery: Located on the Vernon Nanny Farm, two miles southwest of Farmington on a gravel road, leading off the Farmington-Sedalia road. It can also be reached by taking a gravel road off the Farmington-Sharon road. [These directions from 1981 by Dr. Jacob M. Mayer]. Remember, be curious and notify Mr. Vernon Nanny before trespassing on his land. He is a nice man and has let others venture over his fields to the cemetery in the past. My husband and I have been here twice and Mr. Nanny is very kind.

NOTE: James Granville Irvin Colley deeded this land to the Colley and Cloys heirs; see Deed Book 95, pg. 538 in Graves, Co, KY. This cemetery is on a farm originally owned by Isaiah Colley, the father to James Granville Irvin Colley. Over time, this cemetery and the remaining tombstones are being lost forever. Mr. Nanny has piled tree logs around this small family graveyard, protesting it.

The few tombstones photographed are the only ones visible at this time. No other ones can be found. Other foot stones with the initials were: "J.C.", "N.J.C." [this could be James Cloys & Nancy Jane Colley]; "J.H.", and "S.A.H." [these could be Happy relatives].
