This cemetery is located in heavy woods about 500 yards east of where Browers Mill Road crosses Mill Creek and about 80 yards ESE of the intersection of Mill Creek and and the high power transmission line right-of-way. Coordinates are 35 degrees 23'23.31"N and 79 degrees 40'20.85"W. The cemetery is on private property but owners will allow access. In 1980 approximately 20-25 graves were identified, about half marked with sandstone markers only. By 2015, the area around the cemetery had been heavily logged and the entire area in and around it was much thicker with underbrush, debris and shrubs. The cemetery itself had not been disturbed. Tombstones were harder to find and had deteriorated significantly since 1980. The land was once owned by the Key family and Williamson family (1790 to about 1870-80). The last burial is believed to have been in 1943. The Williamson home site was located about 50 yards up the hill, east of the cemetery, at the fork of an old wagon road.
