St. Mary's Church was an Anglican parish church in Manchester, Lancashire, England. St. Mary's Church was consecrated in 1756, and built on Parsonage Croft, an area of land between Deansgate and the River Irwell, by the warden and fellows of the Manchester Collegiate Church (Cathedral).
St. Mary's Church was first part of the parish of Manchester, but in 1839 became a parish church. By 1890 the church was dilapidated, and in 1891 St. Mary's Church was demolished. The site on which St. Mary's Church stood is now a park, called Parsonage Gardens.
