The Bransford Cemetery is on private property, west of Georgiana, Alabama. The two existing markers (Nathan Bransford and second wife Sallie) are on a small hill in the northeast quarter of Section 30, Township 8N, Range 13E. This hill is approximately one-quarter mile west of Interstate 65, just below the dividing section line between sections 19 and 30. There are depressions in the ground indicating possible other burials (as well as tree stump holes). A number of family members who died while Nathan was living in this area are probably interred here.
