Lappe Old Lutheran Church Cemetery Gorham

The cemetery is now abandoned and located about 3 kilometers from the "new" Lappe cemetery.

Located on the west side of Dog Lake Road about 1/2 mile north of the Lappe Church in Gorham township.Con. 4, Lot 17
It appears to be maintained but unknown if it is still being used, the last burial being in 1996.
Also called "Old Lappe Community Lutheran Cemetery" the Ontario Gov. has not yet declared it as inactive.
There are a number of wooden headstones and the writing is almost unreadable on some of them.
There appears to be more burials from the ground impressions but unknown who they are at this time.
It appears, from some of the obituaries that this cemetery was also called Gorham cemetery
