Information contained here was taken from an inventory of Cole County cemeteries taken in the 1930's by Thenia Bolton McHenry.
According to the work of Marion Miller, Jr. and Pat Forbis, burials in this cemetery were removed to Longview Cemetery in Jefferson City, and were interred in Block 350, Lots 1 and 2.
The tombstones were dumped on Conservation property behind the house.
The tombstones are large and quite heavy and none are standing. They are strewn in a random pattern on property that is part of Runge Nature Center and owned by the Missouri Conservation Commission.
