These directions were found attached to a family tree for one of the memorials entered. I don't know when these directions were written & anything typed in Parenthesis are my own notes.
Herron's Ridge Cemetery (registered in the Noble County record of cemeteries with this spelling) is located in the Enoch Township (not Jackson, as mentioned record states). It is in the strip mine area and can be reached by County Road C-15 North across from South Olive and off of SR-821, then turn right onto T-292. Follow T-292 until you come to the cemetery just beyond the public dump (I didn't see a dump, but maybe locals know where it used to be). An old United Brethren log church was erected on this site in 1850 and was still standing in 1887. It is believed there are possibly 80 graves here but only about 20 markers remain.

The cemetery is located in Enoch Township, Huron County, Ohio, and is # 9063 (Herrons Ridge Cemetery / Harold Schocking Farm Cemetery) in “Ohio Cemeteries 1803-2003”, compiled by the Ohio Genealogical Society.
