Harlow McCoy Cemetery

This is a small cemetery with only five graves and is located on the left of the road about 500 feet up the hill and above the Cline Cemetery. It is surrounded by a chain link fence in a remote location accessible only by getting a key to a rusty gate near the road. A sign on the fence, by the gate, reads, "In loving memory or Iona Rae Copley, 1931-1999." Iona was a daughter of Joe and Maggie McCoy, and is buried in Williamson, West Virginia.
All the monuments are flat and partially covered with brush and weeds except one upright with only the word "McCoy," which was put there after the death of Harlow, the first person buried here.
This cemetery was catalogued on May 24, 2012, by Larry Moore, Tony Kerr, and Walker Fields. All pictures were supplied by Tony Kerr.
