Take SR 18 South / SR 21 West (same road) named West Roy Furman Highway to Rush Run Road, turn right on to Rush Run Road (There is a red brick with a red roof one room school house at this intersection.
Take Rush Run Road to Hopewell Ridge Road, turn left on to Hopewell Ridge Road.
Take Hopewell Ridge Road to Ingram Hill Road, turn right on to Ingram Hill Road. ( First stop at the house at this intersection and ask for permission first, this is Mr. Hanko, he is very nice and loves to chat. He is the property owner, and they bought the farm from his wife's grandparents who where Conklin's, that married in to the Johnston family that includes Andrew Johnston that is buried in the cemetery. )
Take Ingram Hill Road ( very rough unmaintained ) till you see a gate / entrance to the field on the right. Go to the top of the field and then turn left on the ridge and head north. There is a cluster of tree's about 30 to 40 feet in diameter on the ridge, before you come to the next fence line.

Caution Bridge out for these directions, Traveling west of Sycamore on Route 18, take a left onto Ingram Hill Road. About two thirds of the way between Rt 18 and Hopewell Ridge Road, there will be a dirt road on the left that goes up a hill to a field. The cemetery is in the field surrounded by fence posts.
