From Shelbyville, take US 60 for 10.9 miles. Turn left on KY 1472, go 1.4 miles. Turn left onto Rogers Road. Go 1.9 miles & cemetery is on the left next to the road.

The 1976 survey says that even though the cemetery is next to the road, it is so overgrown as to not be visible. There were 7 graves located that are marked by field stones.

The cemetery book calls this the Welch cemetery, but the death certificate for Robert J Welch calls it the Perkins Cemetery.
