Located near the village of Roxbury, in Brothersvalley Township, Somerset County, PA. From Roxbury, take PA Route 160 South (Huckleberry Highway) for exactly 2/10 mile to the Ray Carver Farm on the left. The plot is located behind the barn, about 50 meters south in the middle of the field. For many years this was known as the Carver Burial Grounds, only because it was the William Carver Family who happened to own the farm at the time the original survey was done by the WPA in the 1930's.
(Not to be confused with the other Landis Cemetery in Brothersvalley Twp.)
NOTE: This cemetery is overgrown and most of the stones are toppled over. Groundhogs have done considerable damage as well. There were several transcription errors made in the old 1930's WPA Survey, that even 80 years later are obvious mistakes. There were also at least three unmarked fieldstones.
