Founded in 1846 by Dr. Price. Also known as "Little Heaven" and later known as "Cloud's Chapel" prior to the split of 1849. In the 1920's services were discontinued, the building was sold and became a private residence.
The graves were moved to Siloam Methodist Church October 7, 1930, by R.P. Cloud, Undertaker. The graves are located in the space behind the old part of Siloam Church in a secion marked "Bodies brought over from Chelsea."
Little Heaven was part of the Greater Chester Circuit, it equipped and sent out many ministers into the itineracy of the Methodist denomination. Among those who were licensed as local preachers, were Andy Grubb, Samuel Hanby, and Samuel Hance.
