This cemetery was established in 1902 with the first recorded burial in 1903. It is located on Highway 5, southeast of Kamsack Saskatchewan and about 3 miles from the village of Cote.
The village of Tombovka was established in the late 1800's by a group of Russian immigrants. The village was named for the home village in Russia.
PLEASE NOTE: I have several photos for graves written in Russian which I have yet to translate.
There is an oblisk containing the names of those early settlers whose graves are unmarked. I have created memorials for each of these names.
