Cemetery established in 1842 and is located appx 1 mi. South of Rogesville on the East side of Lambs Ferry Road on the Tollie McLemore farm.
It is located at the place said to be where a Mr. Rogers buried his child under a cherry tree in his front yard. A Cherry Tree still stands in the middle of the cemetery. James L. McLemore purchased the land from John D. Nance in 1909. Many large field rocks marks the many unidentified graves in this cemetery.
Names from the Nance family Bible also listed in this cemetery and may or may not be buried in the cemetery.
