The Davis Cemetery is located alongside North Country Club Road on the former M. H. Davis property in the Frank Preston Conservation Area of Moraine State Park in Butler County, Pennsylvania. It is 1.1 mile from Muddy Creek Road on the north side of the road, separated from a cultivated field by a series of locust posts and identified by a carved wooden sign. The cemetery contains two veteran's flag holders, one for the war of 1812 and one for the Civil War, and one government issued flush bronze veteran's marker for the grave of William Davis, Jr., a veteran of the War of 1812. Aside from William Davis, Jr., very little is known about whom else, if anyone, is buried in this cemetery. The flag holders hint at a Civil War soldier, but they could have been placed here by anyone and do not necessarily indicate the presence of a grave. The cemetery may also contain the grave of Thomas Wimer, but again, little is known about him, nor is it certain that he is even interred here.
