"Three or more graves in rock pen not marked."

Cemetery transcription is from the book, Tennessee Records: Tombstone Inscriptions and Manuscripts, compiled by Jeannette Tillotson Acklen, et al; originally published 1933, reprint published 2007 by Heritage Books, Inc.

Transcription for this cemetery was submitted to the compilation by Mrs. W. P. Bouton of Lebanon, TN.

Cemetery is one of three cemeteries located on property owned by Boy Scouts of America's Camp Boxwell, now known as Boxwell Reservation.

Permission from the landowner is required in order to visit the property. Check in at the administration building, called the "Crippled Crab" by campers. Follow power lines east from the admin building to the first field on the left. Locate the eastern tree line of that field, and cemetery is just inside treeline. It is occasionally maintained, and is usually visible on aerial maps.
