DRIVING DIRECTIONS: This cemetery is located in the Ozark National Forest in an area that has been planted in pine trees about 40 years ago. It is difficult to find these graves without a guide or a GPS unit.
From Red Star go southwest on State Highway #16 for 1.4 miles. Turn right on Forest Service Road #1440 which crosses a small stream (you will need a 4x4 vehicle). Go 4/10 mile on #1440 and park on a level spot (GPS Coordinates at this parking spot are: N35.85805 W093.54984. (If you reach a point where Road #1440 makes a sharp left hand curve, you've gone about 2/10 miles too far)
The cemetery lies to the left of Road #1440 at the place where you have parked, and you must walk 1/10 of a mile to the southwest to reach it. You can easily see the two graves circled by the rock wall.
