Starting at the Haywood County Courthouse drive south on US23S (Main Street) for 1.3 miles turn right at the light at Hazelwood Avenue. At 0.8 mile, Hazelwood Avenue becomes Plott Creek Road (SR1173). Continue on Plott Creek Road for 2.6 miles to Raven Rock Road, turn right. Proceed about 200 yards and turn left on McKay Farm Road. This road is gravel and continue on this road until you pass an open fronted pole barn. Travel 200 yards pass this barn and look for a gate on your left with a huge topped tree.
You have permission from the owner of the tree farm to walk to the cemetery. It's a very flat and easy walk.
