We found this old farm cemetery easily. It is located less than .1 mile from the intersection of Mountain Road and Lesnyk Road, on the north side of Mountain Road in Goffstown, NH. The nearest house address is 144 Mountain Road. There is an old cabin between the grave & that address. If you are going slowly the short granite pillar & old fence surrounding the cemetery can be seen from the road.

In Goffstown today this gravesite is commonly called "Jones Tomb."

In the chapter on Cemeteries page 225 it says: "On the road leading from the village to the Uncanoonue Mountain, on land now [c1922] owned by John Taylor, is the tomb of Jefferson Jones, which contains the bodies of Jefferson Jones and wife, their son, Thomas J., Walter, son of Thomas J. & Mrs. Hough."
