This is a very old cemetery located on private property without public roadway access, near Trussville, Jefferson County, Alabama. The sign states that it was established in 1875 but there are two graves marked before that date. It was probably established about 1860-1865 as that is about the time the Inzer family lived nearby. It was originally in St. Clair County, but late 1800s or early 1900s the county lines were revised and it was zoned Jefferson County. Some years ago the cemetery was vandalized and many stones were broken and/or removed from the premises. There are numerous graves marked with non-inscribed stones or not marked at all. There are two very old graves that were covered with about 3 or 4 feet of large stones that were probably the Inzer family members. They are not inscribed and most of the stones have been removed over the years. The names listed here are all that have legible markers. Family connections have been notated when known. The last burial with a marked stone was 1937. The owner keeps this property in immaculate condition. Permission must be obtained to visit.
