From Caldwell, take SH 21 E about 2 1/2 miles to CR 208, go South (right) about 9/10 mile to bridge over RR tracks, turn West (right) on trail just past bridge - follow trail to marker in northwest corner of pasture on S side of RR. Chain link fence now surrounds graves.

There are 7 headstones with 8 marked graves (one is a double).

Oldest known burial: 1881 (Masik)
Most recent known burial: 1909 (Macat)

Grave of Josef Masik identified by Texas Historical Marker.

Designated as a Texas Historic Cemetery in June, 2011.

Several grave markers missing or buried since the last survey of this cemetery in 1988. In January of 2011, several unmarked graves were found outside the cemetery fence.
