DEFUNCT, location not pin-pointed
From time to time, I find *Pauper Cemetery* listed on death records for Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico; and cannot determine what location is meant so just leave that name.
The Albuquerque Board of Education and City Council voted to establish a pauper cemetery on land it owned in 1904, exact location never specified nor surveyed.
This seems to be the burial grounds located during construction for Jeanette Stromberg Hall, near St Cyr & Buena Vista Avenue, SE at TVI (now CNM) that was felt to be in use 1912 to 1945. There have been over 30 bodies found from 1969 (near UNM's radio station KANW) to 2011.
Some of these were removed, unidentified, to the extreme NE part of historic Fairview Cemetery in Albuquerque, two blocks to the SE of St Cyr & Buena Vista, where Bernalillo County bought land for "pauper" use in 1917.
