Going east on US 84 and just before getting to Sanford, on the right is the Cov. Co. Baptist Assn. Building. Just before that there was once a large gas tank, but it has been removed. Behind that area and up on the bank there is a narrow stretch of dense trees. The graves are back to the right and near the end of the section of treesand fairly close to the highway. The undergrowth is fairly rough, but one can walk along the edge of the bank and make it back to the site of the graves. It has been reported that there are other unmarked graves there. Some think Elias's father would have been buried there.
