Location: 300 ft south of DOUGLAS PIKE (ROUTE 7) at TEL pole # 158 Cemetery sits atop a small rise overlooking pond. Fence and gate are in good condition.
Cemetery is in fair shape with very tall weeds growing within its borders.
Tax Assessors Map #: 10 Plat #: 10 Lot #: 159 Cemetery is not shown in any land records located in the North Smithfield Town Hall.
65 ft x 25 ft in fair condition enclosed with a metal fence
10 burials with 4 inscriptions from 1848 to 1919

[1] Grace G Tillinghast Oct 8, 1930 (Vol 3, page 41). "Left hand side of road to Enclosed lot with large monument." *Note: listed in Burrillville
