"This family cemetery was located east of Ridge Road and north of Utility Road on property now owned by Virginia Tech (Training Area 40) but within what was Tract G-140 owned by Samuel M. Webster et ux. in 1944 (see Table 1 and Figure 1). It is marked as "relocated" on the 1944 map and included on Godburn's list of cemeteries relocated to
Butterwood Church where 5 unknown individuals are listed (Godburn 1977: G-9). Webster Cemetery is within the boundary of James River Institute for Archaeology's 2003 archaeological survey of the area but they were unable to relocate it at that time (Tyrer and Laird 2003). The exact location of this former cemetery has not been identified at the time of this survey."
