This cemetery is located in the southwest quadrant of Red River County, Texas. Oldest burial we have been able to locate is that of Mary Helen Stout who died on 16 Aug 1845. Lemuel J. Dickson is listed on the reverse of his sister's marker in Cuthand Cemetery, Northwest section, she is Julia F. Dickson, he is 'buried in the Stout's Burying Ground on the Cuthand Hill near our old home'., From Deed Records in Red River County: Book D, page 367-8 -- William B. Stout sold to Edward West 640 acres about 10 miles southwest from Clarksville 1/3 of a league and 1 labor adjoining a survey made for the heirs of James R. Miro, also adjoining a labor survey on the headright of John Land, also adjoining the headright of John Nugent.-- 5 July 1843. As of 31 Dec 2013 this cemetery has 4 documented burials.
