1815: Thomas Monion and Deborah his wife, Vol. 5, page 609, from Johnathan Hall, 69 acres $200.00 by land of Edward Stephens. This deed is of record as of 10 June 1815, being part of the tract "Falsehood". (Recorded 16 Oct. 1826, V5:609 Whitely)
THOMAS MONION and Deborah, his wife, were assessed for 69 acres, transferred from Johnathan Hall. This land was a part of the tract called "Falsehood".
A certain piece of land situate on the Waters of Big Whiteley, a part of tract of land called "Falsehood". - Beginning at a Black oak on corner of Edward Hutchins running thence North forty-five degrees West one hundred and thirty five perches to a post, South three degrees East one hundred and fifty perches to a white oak, South sixty five degrees East ninety five perches to a Stake, North two degrees & one half East ninety eight perches to the place of Beginning, computed to be sixty nine acres; together with all and singular the rights, privileges, & opportunities that unto belonging & all the Estate.
