East Street is a street in name only. You cannot get to the cemetery by car from the Bow Street/East Street end. Initially it is paved, turns to dirt, then dead ends right before a swamp.

From Rte 116 take Bow Street to Grant Street. Take a right. Shortly after the pavement ends, there is a boundary sign for Plainfield/Ashfield. East Street is the next large dirt pathway on the right. The cemetery is approx. a half mile walk down hill on the old road bed.

Although it appears that there were more burials, only 8 markers remain.
