The now defunct Inverkeithny church sits within a graveyard, to the north of the hamlet of Inverkeithny. A narrow trackway leads to the church from an un-named road. The current church building dates to the late 19th century, but there have been a number of previous buildings on what is known to be a very old ecclesiastical site. The belfry on the gable top of the session house is dated 1638, and is from a previous building. The building is no longer in use but is under the care of a local group.
A modern graveyard extension to the graveyard adjoins the old graveyard.
