Opened in 1894 and is still in use. A very special memorial chapel (1897) to the Leng family is at the top of the hill.
This cemetery replaced the nearby ancient Forgan Churchyard and Burial ground when closed to further use. Forgan is a wee bit east of the Vicarsford Cemetery and is worth a visit.
The current Vicarsford Lair Registers (dating from 1894) are administered by Fife Council, Cemeteries Department, County Buildings, St Catherine Street, Cupar, KY15 4TA.
