The Demar family farm was originally located in Charles County, Maryland near Indian Town Creek. When the boundary lines changed, it became Prince George's County
and Indian Town Creek was then known as Swanson's Creek.
In 1882, the location was:
Woodville, (now Aquasco) near Swanson's Creek, between Neck Road and Benedict Road on 12 acres of land that was part of the land known as Perrie's Purchase (300 acres)
The Craycroft family cemetery was located on adjoining property.
There are no known remaining gravestones or markers. The land is presently private property. If access to the property is obtained and gravestones are located, this page will be updated.
