Located next to 199 Elm St. East Blackstone, MA

Samuel Smith gave a piece of land to a group of Quaker settlers in 1799 for purposes of establishing a local cemetery and Meeting House. Seth Kelly was the first to be buried on the grounds in 1799 and thirteen years later a meeting house was built. Previously local Quakers met in the village of Mendon, MA. Regular meeting were held until the late 1800's.

Meeting House was placed on the National Register of Historic Places on August 22, 1995.

The Massachusetts Historical Commission refers to this cemetery in MACRIS as BLK807.

This burial ground is referenced to in the book "Vital Records of Mendon, Massachusetts to 1850" Published by: New England Historic Genealogical Society as G.R.23. The town of Blackstone separated from the town of Mendon in 1845.
