Hill Cemetery
Also known as:  Brownson Cemetery, Fays Corner Cemetery

On private property. Also known as Fays Corner Cemetery.

Hannah Stevens Tyler was the earliest burial. The last burial was Ruth Lynn.
----
In the June 2006 issue of THE TIMES INK!, there is an article written by Marsha Camp, 'Richmond's History Written on the Stones'. In this article it states "The reason for the unusual placement of the stones is that a farmer who owned the land found it easier to mow if the stones were not there."
----
Thankfully the stones were piled to the side. For how many years, I do not know but when they were put back in two straight rows almost alphabetically. One good thing came of it, the stones were still readable.

Thanks to the Richmond Historical Society for permission to post these names from Appendix B 'Richmond, Vermont A History Of More than 200 Years'.
