Located in the village of Saint Paul in Elk Lick Township, but having a Meyersdale mailing address, the Saint Paul Wilhelm Church and the Saint Paul Cemetery Association have been known by several different names over the years. The church was started in 1860 and built the current church building as the congregation grew, dedicating the building and opening it for use in October 1869. The cemetery adjoins the church property.

Saint Paul Wilhelm Reformed and Evangelical Church (1934-1957)
Saint Paul Wilhelm United Church of Christ (1957 - about 2004)
Saint Paul Wilhelm Church (about 2004 -present)

The cemetery has also been referred to as the Saint Paul Reformed Church Cemetery and the Saint Paul Wilhelm Church Cemetery.
