Search Basilica of Saint Louis, King of France:

The oldest cathedral west of the Mississippi River. Dedicated in 1834, the church is a national monument and contains the tomb of Bishop Joseph Rosati.

The basilica is commonly called "the old cathedral" by people in St Louis.
It is NOT located in St Louis County, but in the City of St Louis. This is an important distinction, as they are two separate entities and the data is held in different offices at different locations. They have two entirely different governing bodies.
