Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery

Lot 11, Broken Front Concession, East Flamborough Township

Opened in 1875, this is the oldest cemetery in the Hamilton Diocese. It was formerly part of Wentworth County but is now part of Halton.

It is the resting place of many of the Diocese’s bishops, priests and religious sisters.

Holy Sepulchre is large and includes both formal and natural style landscaping, outdoor columbarium, two mausolea on-site with niche and full casket entombment, and memorial trees and benches.

Note to volunteers: Halton Police have reported an increase in reports of theft of purses, etc. from visitors to Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Please remain vigilant of your personal belongings while at the cemetery, hide valuables and lock your vehicles when unattended.
