About 5 minutes in, turn left on Bradley Hill Rd
About 5 minutes into that, turn right on Five Corners Cemetery Road.
These are backwoods roads, while passable in a normal car, winter travel is a bad idea.
This blurb is at the front of the cemetery:
"The land for the Plymouth Five Corners Cemetery was given to the town of Plymouth by Elijah and Hannah (Clark) Hubbard. The size of the cemetery is approximately 130 feet by 170 feet and has 165 graves that are documented and 26 unknown flagstones. Elijah bought the farm in Plymouth between 1805 and 1808 and the first recorded burial was in 1809 with a slate marker for Betsey Fletcher and her two infants. Moses Fletcher was the second burial that we know of in 1811 then his brother Henry in 1813. The oldest people buried were Prudence Pelton, age 96, Reuben Fletcher, age 95, and Donald Day, age 89. The most burials in one year was 8 which was in 1864. In 1828, 1851, and 1857 there were 6 burials and 1853 there were 5 burials. This cemetery has not been open for burials since 1905 with the exception of one in 1999, Donald Day. The farm is still owned by the family of Donald Day. Some of the earlier Five Corners settlers were buried in the Plymouth Notch Cemetery. The earliest recorded burial at the Notch is 1796."
