The daughter of Clyde Edward and Ruth Etta (Hamilton) Taylor, she was born on Jan. 20, 1926, in Spearman, Texas.
In 1929 the family moved to Guymon, where Bettie attended school, graduating with the class of 1943. She obtained her R.N. nursing degree from Kansas City General Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. She was Dr. E. L. Buford's nurse for 40 years at the Medical Arts Clinic.
She was married to Donald Donald Richard Ralstin, Sr. on Oct. 4, 1947. He preceded her in death on June 30, 1980. She was married to Cecil C. Williams on June 29, 1991. Bettie loved her family, nursing, people and basketball. She was a member of the Victory Methodist Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Clyde Edward Taylor and Ruth Etta (Hamilton) Taylor Beck, on son, Rick Ralstin, and one daughter, Diane Ralstin.
Survivors include her husband, Cecil Williams of the home; two sons, Todd Ralstin of Norman, Okla. and Monte Ralstin of Tuscon, Ariz.; one sister, Billie Ann Robinson of Guymon; three grandchildren: Travis, Tiffany and Molly; four great grandchildren: Charlee, Haydn, Laci and Trevor; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, Nov. 29, 2007, at 10 a.m. at the Victory Memorial United Methodist Church with Rev. Michael Burkett, pastor, officiating. Interment will follow in the Elmhurst Cemetery. Services are under the direction of the Bunch - Roberts Funeral Home of Guymon.
