William Hoyt Fancher was the author of the "Fancher Family" a detailed compilation of the Fancher Family in America from the early 1700's to the 1930's. He gathered the information over many years. This large amount of information was given the the New England Historic Genealogical Society and was published in book form by the The Cabinet Press Company of Danbury, Conn in 1946 after his death. This book is the "Bible" of Fancher history in America.
