Mrs. Mary Elizabeth (Scrogham) Carico of 749 Washington Avenue in Huntington West Virginia died Monday, October 1, 1984. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at Reger Funeral Home by Bishop Jack Sturgeon and Elder Willard Carico. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. Mary was born April 24, 1915, in Mercer County Kentucky. She was the daughter of the late Raymond Elsworth and Bessie Lou Sharp. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Harold Carico.(1983)Surviving is one daughter, Carolyn Kay Wilson, of Pine Bluff Arkansas, one son, Harold Lee Carico of Huntington West Virginia, one brother, Edward Scrogham of Kenova West Virginia, and four grandchildren, Gregory Carico, Amber Elizabeth Carico, Terri Dianne Wilson, and Jack Allen Wilson. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Reger Funeral Home.
