Sarah Jane Banks Chappell was married to William Henry Chappell Dec 11, 1881. She was the daughter of Joseph Newton Banks,Jr. CSA veteran & Nancy Mitchell Banks. Sarah and William had 5 children. William's 2nd wife was Christia Ann Scott (Christyanne) and had one child Robert Roy Chappell. William and Christyanne are buried at County Line, Digby, GA near Brooks, GA.
