Patty d/o Herbert Hoover Cadle and the late Janice Fay Adkins. She married Michael Hoover in 1976 .she was a homemaker .Patty was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She loved her 4 legged companion "King". In addition to her husband of 37 years, she is survived by father and sister Theresa Nicholas. A son Chris Hoover his wife Crystal, and their children, Madison, Christopher and Chloe all of Conneautville: a daughter jenny Hoover, and her friend Anthony Rivera, and her children Payton Adams, Alexzandra and Jordan Rivera all of Conneautville: a daughter, Kelly Hoover and her friend Justin Blood and her children Emma and Logan Ball of Springboro several cousins , nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother in 2001: and sister Bonnie Hall, in 2011
