Hello my maiden name is florence deighton, i live in marylebone. my mum was born in cambridge to catholic swiss parents and my dad was born in somersham. please call me "beatrice may" its my middle name this is my fll name:

Henrietta- my sister (RIP)
Beatrice- mums best friend/my godmother (beatrice anne dwyer)
May- aunts last middle name

my parents met in cambridge my dad was a customer at my mum's uncle's shop a lot and my mum was helping at the shop one day and they met and fell in love.

i lost my husband, 3 children, son in law, and granddaughter in a car accident in 2007. my family was driving fast to the hospital as my daughter was about to give birth. my son in law was driving with my pregnant daughter in the passenger seat, my husband , daughter, and son in the back. i had to take a different car as there was no space and my husband had to use the restroom so i decided to wait for a taxi so he could use the restroom after getting to the hospital and i would get there only a few minutes later with my other son. i am still mourning, i have one son that is still alive and i lost my only grandchildren, who was named after me.

my dad was 26 married at that time and trying to divorce and my mum was 21 single. when my mum got pregnant, my grandparents kicked her out of the house. my mums sister alice 17 joined my mum but my mums other sister (the middle sister i dont know how old) stayed with my grandparents.

so it was my my mum and aunt, on their way to somersham to tell my dad he was going to be a father (i think my dad had kids of his own at this point). my dad moved my mum and aunt into the farm whilst my dad lived like 1km away in his house with his garden and office.

my mum had my eldest sister leonora and at this point my parents were still heavily in love they had 6 kids total but my dad died just before i was born so i was born a little premature because my mum was streseed and grieving.

and i miss my parents they loved eachother but unforunateluy my dad died so very young i think he died in november 1946 because i was born 11 novemeber 1946 and mum says he died just weeks before. nd my mums name was very long everyone called her goldie but she had a really long name it was eveline annabelle leonora sophia louisa josephine but im not sure i dont rmemeber if it was annabelle or annabella. my mum gave all of my siblings long names my brother and i have 4 middle names but my sister has 5 middle names. my mums dad was a chairman and he had sir at the start of his name. but my mum hated her parents i forgot their names. my mum had 2 sisters but one sister stayed loyal to my grandparents i dont know her name but the other sister alice was like my mum and hated her parents. my mum said that her parents forced her to marry when she never wanted to marry and my aunt alice has never married because my mum was the oldest.

my goodness i just found. my fathers grave he died just a week before before i was born and my mother remarried by the time i had turned 3. i still rememebr the farm in somersham. my older brother andrew was 1 when my dad died and my oldest sister leonora was 8 . and my parents had 6 kids leonora was the first , henry was fith and i was sixth/ the second third and fourth all died within weeks the same year i think it was whooping cough or one of those, i know the second and third were boys i dont know names and the fourth was a girl named alice after our auntie.

ill have to go up]p to cambridge soon where leonora lives we usually go visit dad whenever we get the chance and i will ask if she still has that picture of dad in uniform h\

my dads mum i never met i suppose she died before i was born but i met my dads dad his name was matthew and almost everyone knew him. but we didnt see him a lot because our stepdad charlie didnt go anyways ive got to stop writing so much . i love you dad i wish i got to meet you. mummy died just 5 years ago she was 102 years old. my dad was 7 years older than my mum. he was 28 and mum was 21 when they married it was 1937
